This home, beautiful as it is, actually underwent large renovations (at least on the exterior) in the early-mid 2020s. An extension to the home was built on its right side as well and new side panelling was put in.

History

The home was built as least as early as 1913, with its (probable) first owner living in the home according to the 1913 map of Haverford Township. The Johnsons originally lived in an unknown house on Davis Road prior to their arrival on Park.

The house was lived in by the Macmillan family next. The family moved in sometime after 1942, as the father's WWII draft card still listed an Upper Darby address.

By 1967, the Harris family was living there. In 1983, they sold to the home to Harry Morjigian for $73,500. Harry's father, also named Harry, was a survivor of the 1915 Armenian genocide & immigrated to the United States from Erzengan (now Erzincan in Turkey). In 2021, the Morjigians sold the home for $600,000, after which the renovations and refacings to the home began.
